As President of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Real Estate, Jake drives the business with strategic thinking and portfolio planning to support our mission-driven clients. His focus on strong partnerships, innovation and long-range value positions Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Real Estate to meet the evolving needs of the market.

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­, Jake was the Director of a national healthcare real estate development firm. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in real estate, project finance and project development.

A Wisconsin native, Jake holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Accounting from University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.

As Vice President of Business Development for Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Real Estate, Heidi develops and cultivates relationships with current and potential clients and grows the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Real Estate brand nationally. Over the years, she has helped numerous healthcare entities enter new markets or add needed services in their communities. Heidi also oversees leasing activities for hospitals and third-party tenants from first contact through move-in.
