As Vice President of Business Development for Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­â€™s National Power & Industrial group, Scott is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of national sales and marketing activities within the industrial, power and manufacturing sectors. As part of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ leadership team since 2005, Scott possesses a unique understanding of the business side of construction and design. His expertise includes the exploration and development of key-market growth strategies and understanding emerging technologies as they relate to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ clients and their opportunities. His involvement in various industry market sector groups has developed a keen awareness of owner advocacy issues.

Martha Cannon

Client Development Manager

As the Client Development Manager for Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­â€™s design services, Martha oversees new business development, builds and nurtures strategic relationships and drives marketing initiatives. With a keen ability to connect people, opportunities and ideas, she plays a central part in positioning Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­â€™s design team for continued success.

Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­, Martha built a strong foundation in marketing and client engagement through roles spanning business development, brand strategy and customer relationship management. Additionally, Martha brings a strong foundation in nonprofit and civic engagement through community organizations, foundations and public agencies.

Mark Miller

Director of Business Development

With a foundation in civil engineering and construction management, Mark’s expertise encompasses a wide range of market sectors including dam removals, environmental contamination sites, river restoration and general contracting for recreational, retail, commercial and institutional facilities. He has dedicated the last decade of his career to the energy sector, including transmission/distribution electrical systems, wind farm and solar construction. Mark’s vision aligns with promoting sustainable energy solutions, championing the transition to EV, biogas and hydrogen technologies.

Klas Berghede

Klas is a leader in industrialized construction, Integrated Lean Project Delivery^® and prefabrication/modular construction. Throughout his 15+-year career at The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Group, Klas has helped lead the development of our innovative prefabrication manufacturing capability, pushing Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ to the forefront of the industry in prefabrication and modular construction. He works closely with Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ clients and project teams to help develop prefabrication plans that align with clients’ needs, implementing solutions in the field and overseeing the prefabrication production.

Brian Brantmeier

Executive Director of Engineering
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­

Brian brings more than 30 years of mechanical engineering experience across commercial, industrial, educational and institutional markets to his role at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­. His extensive knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system design is complemented by practical field expertise. Since joining Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ in 2013, Brian has risen to the position of Executive Director of Engineering, leading the internal engineering group. In this role, he leverages his expertise to oversee engineering projects, drive initiatives, coordinate efforts and implement innovative solutions.
