Nine Dragons Paper Holdings – No. 25 Paper Machine

The team worked with mill personnel and Baisch engineers to incorporate constructability and value engineering into the design. A high level of coordination was required to provide designs for installations during pre-shutdown portions of the project, allowing the existing paper machine to continue production until the last moment. This maximized the extent of the pre-shutdown installations and minimized the shutdown duration.
The #25 paper machine rebuild project included work that stretched from the “wet end” to the “dry end.” Â鶹´«Ă˝Ół» was able to deliver the project under budget and several days ahead of schedule.
