Members Cooperative Credit Union
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» and Members Cooperative Credit Union (MCCU) have enjoyed a long-standing partnership dating back to the mid-1990s. Recently, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» was engaged again for the management and construction of several new branch locations and remodels at several existing and operational branches across northern Minnesota.
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» was responsible for design input, budgeting, scheduling and coordination with the design firm, along with all aspects of construction, including self-performing structural erection through interior build-outs and turnover. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations were performed on a design-build approach with trusted, strategically selected trade partners and managed by Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³». Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» also worked closely with MCCU to coordinate the owner-provided banking equipment and systems installations, including IT equipment, security systems, cash recyclers, pneumatic tubes and drive-through assemblies.

Project Highlights

- To communicate construction updates, the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» project team developed and updated a project blog site and held meetings on a regular basis with neighboring businesses to apprise them of upcoming construction activities.
