Alliant Energy – Whispering Willow Wind Farm
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» was the erection subcontractor for the foundations, 21 Vestas V 82, 1.65 MW turbines and towers. As the erection subcontractor to RMT, we provided the labor, project supervision and four cranes needed for tower erection, attaching blades and nacelle and rotor installation.
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» coordinated the daily delivery of the turbines to the site (scheduling, site locations and interfacing with the turbine component trucking company). Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» was also responsible for the inspection and off-loading of all turbine components, which included the four turbine tower sections, hub, three blades, nacelle and VPM.
