Makayla Oei has been announced as the new Director of Project Development. Starting as a project assistant in 2007, Makayla has led strategic R&D projects, driven innovation initiatives, and implemented Lean methodologies. As a seasoned LCI Congress, DBIA, and Advancing Prefabrication presenter, Makayla brings extensive expertise to healthcare construction, prefabrication, and industrialized construction, along with a passion for relationship building, creative problem solving, and collaboration.
